In the event that you need to return a product, please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Period and Eligibility

Our standard return period is 30 days from the original delivery date. Blem items and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.Ā 

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Return Shipping

A return label to be used to send the item(s) back will be provided via email.

Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back using the provided return label within 7 days. If the item is not received by the carrier within that timeframe, the return will be considered abandoned and the request will be automatically closed.

If the item remains eligible for return under our standard return policy after the return case is closed, a new return request may be submitted.

Refunds

Your total refund will be calculated as the price paid for the returned item less the restocking fee.

Any original shipping charges that were paid at checkout, including fees for upgraded shipping, are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return at our facility. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please return the original itemĀ for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
