As SKYMO USA is based in Golden, Colorado, we have certain sales tax obligations for orders shipped within the state. Due to the complexity of Colorado’s unique sales tax laws, I currently do not ship orders placed on skymo.com to Colorado addresses.

Colorado's decentralized sales tax system allow cities to manage their own sales tax. This system requires businesses to register, collect, and continually file returns for potentially dozens of local jurisdictions state-wide, depending on where orders are shipped. This process can quickly become complex and time-consuming for small businesses.

When you order through Etsy, they handle all the sales tax and ensure the process remains compliant.
