Fitment Notes

This radio mount fits select 2022+ GMC Sierra trucks that have the refreshed full-length center floor console with cup holders that run front to back and angled sidewalls running from the console (in front of the cup holders) to the dash, as shown in the product photos.

"Version 1" in the product title refers to the version of this console that has the angled sidewalls.

Note that there is a version of this refreshed console that does not have these angled sidewalls and this mount will not work for that version.

Most of the trucks with this console have console shifters, but some of them still have column shifters. This version of the console is found in the following models:

• 2022.5+ GMC Sierra 1500
  • Note: There was a refresh midway through 2022. Some 2022 models have the older console style with the cup holders running side to side. This mount only fits the older console with cup holders running front to back.
• 2024-2026 GMC Sierra 2500
• 2024-2026 GMC Sierra 3500

To ensure proper fitment, make sure your console and cup holders match what is shown in the photos - it should have two cup holders that run front to back and there should be angled sidewalls running from the console to the dash.

If you've been looking for how to install a CB radio, ham radio, GMRS radio, scanner, or other two-way radio in your Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra, this is a great option. It attaches securely to the console sidewall on the passenger side of the console. The mount is easily removable if you want the radio out of the way, but it maintains a strong connection to the console when in use.

The Mounting Plate is 14 gauge steel, powder-coated black. The Mount Base is a printed part made of ABS.

Getting Started

To use the radio mount:

1. Use the 1/4” hardware ((2) button head cap screws, (2) square nuts, (2) washers) to secure the Mounting Plate to the Mount Base at your desired height.
2. Use the #10 hardware ((2) screws, (2) lock nuts, (4) washers) to bolt your OEM radio bracket that came with your radio to the Mounting Plate.
3. Install your radio on the OEM radio bracket.
4. Press the mount onto your center console sidewall in the frontmost cupholder. The mount fits the sidewall in the frontmost cup holder on the passenger side only.

Installation is easy and no hardware or drilling is required to attach the Mount Base to the console.
