Fitment Notes

This AMPS block fits select 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks that have the split bench seat and flip-up center console with 3 cup holders, as shown in the product photos. This version of the flip-up center console is found in the following models:

  • 2014-2019.5 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 (only the 3-cup holder version)
  • 2014-2019 Silverado 2500 and Sierra 2500
  • 2014-2019 Silverado 3500 and Sierra 3500

To ensure proper fitment, make sure your console and cup holders match what is shown in the photos exactly - it should have three cup holders and the center seat should flip up.

Description

AMPS is an industry standard mounting pattern commonly used by mounts meant to hold iPads and other tablets, GPS devices, phones, and other devices.

There are mounting holes on the top and the front of the block so you can choose the best location for your application, or you can mount something on both locations.

To use the AMPS block, secure your device mount to the block using the included hardware and then press the block onto your center console cup holder. The block fits on any of the three cup holders. Installation is easy and no hardware is required to attach the block to the console.

This is a 3D printed part made of ABS.

It took awhile for it to get here. I got it but 8 days seems a little excessive. Not necessarily the sellers doing. Item is stout for sure. Quality product from what I can tell at this point.

This is perfect for my work pickup, doesn't require permanent mounting, but is still secure enough I trust it to hold in place working the wheat harvest this summer. I bought two of these, along with a cupholder mount, and all three fit perfectly next to each other in my work truck's cupholders without blocking access to the lift seat or the storage part of my center console. They were shipped the same day as I placed my order, and arrived within two days! I will definitely be buying more if I ever get a different vehicle and need a different model of these mounts. Otherwise, I fully expect these to last as long as I use them!

High quality, I didn't realize it did not come with the actual mount. I did go back and find that info buried in the description so my fault. Just a little unfortunate to find out this still requires another $40 mount
